Where do you deliver?
Orders will be hand delivered anywhere with a Columbia, Missouri mailing address for a $10 fee. If you live outside of Columbia, please contact us and we would be happy to schedule a pick-up time.
How long after ordering can I expect my gift to be delivered?
Orders typically take 48 hours to process and will be delivered within 2 business days.
What if I want my order to be delivered on a specific day?
If a specific delivery date is required, we ask that you place your order at least 5 days in advance of the date to be delivered. If 5 days notice is not received, every effort will still be made to accommodate a specific delivery date, however, it is not guaranteed.
What if I need the gift tomorrow?
To ensure freshness, candy is not purchased in massive quantities. As a result, the 48 hour processing time may be unavoidable. However, every effort will be made to grant your request. Please call Dana at 446-1668.
Will you deliver to Columbia Hospitals?
Many times patients are released before the gifts arrive. We recommend that you call the local Columbia, Missouri hospital gift shop directly. They carry a variety of our candy bouquets and will confirm that a patient is still in the room and deliver free of charge.
What if I want my candy bouquet shipped?
Unfortunately, we do not ship our arrangements at this time. We do intend to provide a shipping option in the future. In the mean time, we do offer delivery services in Columbia, Missouri. Also, if you live outside of Columbia, we would be happy to schedule a pick-up time.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Each bouquet is hand-made with the thought and care necessary to create a truly unique design. We use seasonally wrapped candies as they are more aesthetically pleasing and ensure freshness. As a result, bouquets may not be exactly as they appear. Every effort is made to guarantee you get what you order or better.
